Visitation Flow is a pastoral care and visitation tracking add-on for Google Sheets™. It helps pastors plan visits, stay consistent in their shepherding responsibilities, and keep a clear record of care activity, all within a spreadsheet they own and control.

How it works
Visitation Flow organizes your congregation into a directory with care tiers and shepherding priorities. It builds automatic visit queues based on cadence and coverage, logs visits and follow-up activity, and sends weekly and monthly summary emails that you configure. Scheduling can also be automated through time-based triggers.

When a Google Calendar™ ID is configured by the user, Visitation Flow reads calendar events on a read-only basis to recognize visit, phone, and counsel activity and log it in the spreadsheet. It does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.

Data and privacy
Your pastoral care data stays in your own Google Sheets™ spreadsheet. Visitation Flow does not store it externally. Visitation Flow reads from a user-selected Google Calendar™ only when configured, and only to log recognized activity in the spreadsheet. Visitation Flow uses Gmail™ to send summary emails that you configure. It does not read your Gmail™ messages or access any other Gmail™ data.

Pricing
Visitation Flow is free for up to 25 households. Expanding beyond 25 households requires a $27/year subscription. Payment is processed securely outside Google Workspace Marketplace. Without an active subscription, adding households beyond the free limit is locked, but all existing data remains in your spreadsheet.
