How It Works
- When creating or modifying a calendar event, select VOXO Meeting as the conferencing provider. You may need to sign in during your first attempt.
- After selecting VOXO Meeting, the generated meeting information will be inserted into the new or existing event.
- When your event is saved, the meeting information will be provided to all guests invited to participate and is easily copied for sharing.
- Additionally, a link is provided directly in the meeting information so the conference can be joined from the calendar event.
