New users beware. I'm a licensed CPA and have directed small businesses who need very basic accounting to Wave for years. However, after this massive payroll migration issue (if you don't know Google it), I have decided it is not a good recommendation even for the simplest of clients. This payroll migration, although good intentions, have caused duplicate tax withdraws, failures to pay employee, incorrect withdrawal amounts, skipping pay periods, and NO support from customer service. I'll be working on transitioning all my clients to a new system because this is embarrassing to say the least.

It's nice to have a template for uploading data to Wave. But, when I've gone thru the process of getting it ready to upload, then click the Upload button, it never actually uploads anything. I'm only uploading 28 customer records, so it shouldn't be overloading the system. There must be a connectivity issue between the 2 apps. Disappointing.

Like everything else to do with Wave NOTHING WORKS. I can't connect either bank account, and wave connect doesn't let me allow permissions. So even though I was willing to download statements to a Google Sheet and then install an extension, that doesn't even work. I guess this is what you get for free. Wave is useless. It gets two stars because the UI is nice and the reports are nice. But if the UX is terrible, do either of those options matter? No.

Wave - issues I am unable to upload CSV customer file in WAVE In Wave app are the following instructions: On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers. Click Import from CSV. <---- THIS OPTION DOES NOT APPEAR IN MENU Click Choose File, locate the CSV file you've prepared, and then click Upload and preview customers.

i like this apps , for financial and payment is really good application , i believe is not quite there for managing project like take note and picture on sites or insert additional note inside same invoice -Also i like to recommend to upgrade shipping address for future reference currently is not save into the cloud all invoices with different shipping address- because every time you change shipping address it change all older invoice shipping address projects customer who has multiple shipping address we loss preview invoices shipping address because after you click update shipping address it erase all preview invoices shipping address on all olders invoice even 5 years old invoices , recommend to see if in the near future will be a some way to save this information like adding note that will show in main search bar
