webfaCe Inbox adds a panel to Gmail on the web and in the Gmail app for iPhone and Android. Open an email and it shows who sent it from the webfaCe systems your business runs on, then helps you answer.

WHO THEY ARE, BEFORE YOU REPLY
• CRM record: status, last contact date and next step. Not in your CRM yet? Add them in one tap, or log the email against their record and set a next step.
• Bookings: their upcoming and past bookings from webfaCe Bookings.
• Client sites: for your clients, whether their website is up, where it stands, and a link to the latest design preview.
• Website chat: what they asked your website's chat before they emailed.

HELP WITH THE REPLY
• Write a reply: tap Reply, open webfaCe Inbox, and we put a draft in your business's voice into the reply, written from the email and your CRM notes. Facts we can't know, like a price or a date, are left as [fill in] placeholders for you to complete.
• Send booking link: a short reply with your booking page linked.
• Redesign previews (for agencies): start a website redesign preview for a prospect from the panel.

YOU STAY IN CHARGE
• Reads only the email you have open. It can't list, search or browse your mailbox.
• Adds text to a reply only when you tap a button.
• Never sends email. You review every reply and press Send yourself.
• We don't store your emails. Text used to write a reply is held for up to seven days, then deleted.

REQUIREMENTS
webfaCe Inbox is included with webfaCe plans from webfaCeMEdia. Each Google account must be enabled for a webfaCe business; without that, the panel shows a notice and no business information.
