Free plan is to deceive you they are just faking to get the app installed. DO NOT INSTALL THIS if you want to use free plan! Your data will be stored in whats form database which you can't access without buying a plan. And you can't link google spreadsheet to collect data without buying a plan. So basically you are working for them so that they collect your data which they can access i am sure but you can't. And you can't do any integration which is availble in the app like Google analytics, meta pixel, webhook. so there free plan is no use. Why I installed this? Their form looks clean so I thought I should use this and they allow to send the same data to whatsapp. But i does not matter if you cant get the data on spreadsheet coz anyways you can get the same data by chatting with your customer.
