Install WhatsQ add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace™. Accept all the required permissions. Create a new Google Form™ or open an existing Google Form™.

Enter your Twilio credentials in the Add-on popup menu, create a notification message with “response variables” as shown on the screen and also format it according to your preferences.

No, there’s no limitation on the number of messages that can be sent. However, you’ll also use Twilio's API to send your form submissions to WhatsApp (which could cost for every request), so it’s always a good idea to add a captcha to your Google Forms™ to avoid bot submissions and keep your responses clean.
