This had so much potential. We were excited to find a project management system that was heavily integrated into G Suite, and initially it looked really promising, and customer service/sales was very responsive. However, as we started to use it we found that it was very buggy, sometimes to the point of certain functions being unusable. This could have been okay, however after a while it seemed like the developers just abandoned the project - customer service stopped responding, the Help Centre on their website disappeared, and there was no progress or updates on addressing bugs. We gave up - it didn't make sense to continue investing time and resources into training our team on a product that appeared to be unsupported and felt like it could just vanish at any moment.

Showed promise, but fell short.... Could be useful as a project management tool that integrates decently well with G-Suite. However the UX is bad and it seems like they focused any efforts on design over functionality. Needs improvements to front end CSS as text overflows a lot of their boxes, rendering things unclickable or just plain looking bad. Good luck finding things you need. It's probably there, but hidden a few clicks away that don't make any sense navigation wise. I really hope the team at Workep focuses on core usability for the next several months/years to fix it.

If some aplication is integrate with gmail, we need to convert complete email to task. This aplication just copy body text to task but no any email atachmant what is very important. If Gmail adons dont alove this, normaly working chrome adons but workep dont have any.

BE WARNED Terrible first experience, enabled it across the domain, then tried to sign in and the credit card and confirmation didn't work several times, and why have to give the credit card detailed before the free trial is up???? Next it kept saying Admin had not allowed google drive - which I had so couldn't add a project. FINALLY the biggest issue is there is no where to cancel your subscription before they charge your credit card. YES you might have a free trial but they will charge your card. not this is not a bogus review. If someone from Workep would contact me I'd happily change it. Especially if you will cancel my subscription.

Sometime a little buggy, yes. But by far, the best managment tool i foubd, and i have been looking and still looking. So the app doesnt work well - use the browser, more funcionality. Best tool for me.

A terrific new application that integrates brilliantly with GSuite. It would be fantastic if the developers build in Gmail links to tasks, projects and contacts and enable the creation of new documents from templates from within Workep.
