Fantastic CRM! I really enjoy using it for my work flow, projects and keeping all of my information in a single place. I used an old CRM system that will remain nameless and had trouble with upgrading and working from the cloud. Since my company deals with thousands of mini projects we needed a system that we could scale up or down, and this does the trick. Almost 100% of what I need it do. They are also updating the CRM and using feedback from their customers. If enough customers want a new intergration or feature then the folks at WORKEtc get it done. Work Etc. team is pretty darn good too. They have helped me on multiple occasions with getting items worked out, and even some of my stupid questions answered. LOL. Anyone looking for a cost effective solution with great support needs to have Work Etc. in their consideration set.

We love work etc. We use it to run our IT business. It has helped us streamline and coordinate so much. It saves us time and labor! We used to have a very time-consuming process when we took on a new customer. Folders and documents had to be created. The customer info had to be added into several different softwares we were using to keep up with people. After we completed work we had to copy and paste from a document to a invoicing program. We would have to mark the document to show that we had invoiced the people already. It was pretty complicated and time-consuming. Since we switched to work etc we add the customer information in one place. The ticket is created and attached to that customer information. When the technicians do their work their time spent is attached to that ticket. And when we are ready to bill the client we just bill them based on the time spent that is already there. Work etc keeps up with whether or not the time spent has been invoice to the client for us. Also once we send the invoice we know if the client has paid it or not. It has saved us so much time and makes our work so much easier. That is what allows us to give the best customer service possible. As a crm it works great keeping up with most customer interactions. We can see histories of invoices, tickets, emails, and anything else we put in the notes. The ticketing feature is highly customizable. We have set up multiple statuses and priorities. It helps us keep up with the huge load of customer service we handle every day. If you are looking to combine several scopes of software under one package Worketc would be perfect for you.

Work[etc] is a fantastic CRM/Project Management/Support Ticket system! After searching high and low and trying just about everything out there, it was the only one to do what we needed, at a price we could manage, AND integrate with other tools, such as GMail and GSuite. It's so easy to take a customer's email and turn it into a support ticket, discussion, todo, or project right from the email. The message automatically gets added, and you don't have to save it in your inbox. It has helped with my quest for Inbox Zero - which I am able to generally maintain (I only have 10 messages in my box right now). It also integrates fairly well to Google Contacts, so as long as our customer info is correct in Work[etc], it's correct in our Contacts. Of course, the old "garbage in, garbage out" adage applies....

There are lots of reasons to love the WorkETC CRM system. Firstly without WorkETC we couldn't manage time tracking and billing. Well we could, but it would be nearly as efficient. WorkETC and the direct integration with QuickBooks Online have significantly improved our business processes. Billing out of WorkETC leads to quicker payments and improved cash flow. Another key features for is the Notes function in the client section. It might sound crazy but having something as simple as a totally open area where we can leave notes, add links and screenshots (WorkETC does a great job of creating a thumbnail effect while still linking to full size version) is super important. We have lots of unstructured information per client and the Notes area solves the problem of where to place these snippets. Finally, I really like WorkETC support. There is not much that goes wrong but often enough we are looking for a solution on how to accomplish something. A note to support elicits a quick response and follow up calls as required. I have found all the staff to be of high quality. They are friendly and supportive. You truly know they are doing their best for you.

Combines CRM, Project Management, Support Tickets and more. Replaced several other tools and several cumbersome spreadsheets into one unified system. With Google Apps integration, we're down from a dozen "silos of information" to fewer than a half dozen. Worth the cost of WorkEtc just for the administrative savings (and reduced errors) of a unified, integrated system. Project Templates are particularly helpful. Keep tweaking them and you don't have to re-invent the wheel on every job. We do highly-customized software development and internet marketing. No two jobs are the same, yet they all have foundations and building blocks that WorkEtc. helps us properly address as a team. Moreover, the built-in knowledge base gives us a platform for training new people and cross-training development and marketing folks. Support tickets and projects allow us to document our work well, and custom fields and custom tags let us group our clients by the basic and custom services we deliver. As good as it is, and as much as we use it, I believe we're only harnessing 1 or 2 percent of the power potential. We look forward to harnessing more.

WorkETC is a very good and flexible system for mostly all businesses. Can be tweaked and set ut for you desired workflow. This plugin makes it easier to use as a CRM system, as all dialog with customers can be easily tracked, and projects can be created directly from G Suite. Fantastic!

Added March 27 - We are deep into our implementation of WORKetc and believe more than ever that this is the solution for us. The WORKetc Google Apps Gadget is a little miracle worker. It sits at the bottom of any Gmail where with a a simple click or two you can add contacts to WORKetc (we call it "turning your contacts blue"), attach the email to anything (contacts, projects, invoices...), attach the email & attachments to anything.....we are still learning all the ways the Gadget can aid our business. We began looking for a "CRM" to replace an aging in-house system several years ago. We examined all of the top products and took several well known ones for extended rides. We always came away dumbfounded, depressed and perplexed. Our initial test of WORKetc helped us realize that we were really looking for more of an integrated "Business Management System" that would serve us from initial client contact through the sales process, proposal, contract, project, billing, accounting and reporting. We also wanted a system that played well with Google. The deeper we get into WORKetc, the more we like it. Finally, support is AWESOME!!! The team is always just an email away or available for a quick Web call. Response is fast, efficient and effective. You can use the WORKetc "gadget" in Gmail to create tasks and events from ANY email. Anything that comes in to gmail can be attached to a WORKetc project, invoice, event, contact...And WORKetc works seemlessly with Google Drive. We have not yet integrated our WORKetc invoicing with Quickbooks but are aware of the feature and looking forward to further extending our use of the system. Good Job WORK!

Updated review after 5 years of WORKetc use. ======================== WORKetc is the ONLY tool that has been as consistently used as our GSuite tools. For years, both tools have worked together perfectly to allow our business to change and grow. Other tools we had to abandon or could replace them with one of these two tools. Flexibility has been important since we run several lines of business and WORKetc has allowed us to run them all in one place. Our clients never know we are sending invoices and emails from a single tool - they can see us as 4 different companies based on what services we are performing. We can do more changing around with our small 4 or 5 member staff than most people can do with 10 because one of us always says "I am sure we can do that in WETC I just have to ask support how". These guys make my daily work start and happen directly from my GMail page so I am not hopping around making sure things have been updated in multiple places. When we tried that type of solution in the past we never had complete information. It is funny now how we tsk-tsk when someone doesn't include an update in WETC. It is just too easy and fast to do it that there is no reason to miss not to do it. After 5 years of use we still look forward to many more to come as the product becomes more advanced each year. Update: We have now been on Worketc for 3 years. Still love it! ========================= We used to use three systems for customer doc, timesheets and invoicing. Things were moved from one to the other sort of automatically but it was time consuming and something always got lost. Those problems are solved. We document more and seem to already be billing more, as a result of the conveniences. GDocs integration is sweet too! The whole doc list shows up to connect those items to WETC items. No going to GDocs and getting the link then adding the link to my tool. It is just there in the list for me to click and connect to my work. Support is also spot on. Doing tech support ourselves, we often hold off on accolades for support. It has been earned. We don't hesitate to send questions or ideas to them. They are very responsive and very timely. Maybe because they use WETC to support WETC. Keep up the good work guys! We want more cool features - that is what happens when you do things the right way, we just want more. Original review when we started out. ===================== In just a few weeks on WETC we are finding certain we made the right decision. One of my favorite features is the ability to do everything we need from within a single email. We do tech support for small biz and get questions, updates and project info in our Gmail all day long. I can create or update todo lists, support cases, projects and, most importantly, time sheets without ever leaving the email. It is all documented in one place and ready for invoicing.

I'm an independent consultant / self employed and needed a solid, cost effective system to run my projects. I tried a lot of online systems, but gave WORKetc a try two weeks ago. Here are the results so far. Being a project manager with over 10 simultaneous projects for my business, I spend a lot of time communicating with my clients, suppliers and my network. One of the problems I had before I started with Worketc was, how to just quickly add a task to my task list? How to make a note on a possible lead, when I receive an important email from within a network? How to just start a new project when I receive a now project request or someone reacts on my offer through an email. Now I have Worketc, I can just continue doing what I was doing, reading and processing my emails. But now with an extremely efficient workflow. After receiving an interesting email, I just add a new lead and add a new client to it, from my gmail in Google apps. The lead goes right to my Worketc. Also I add possible projects right from my email. And also I archive important emails to an existing project. I have been using many project management tools within Google apps so far, but this beats everything. For a busy project manager / program director working with many projects this is an incredible upgrade of my day to day workflow. I just started with this and within two weeks this has saved me a lot of time and money. The last thing I want to tell is that there are real people at Worketc! The only 3 things they need is 1) integration with Zapier (I need this as my business model is moving from manual based to automation). I want to run automated processes from lead capture to product delivery 2) maybe a process automation engine (heck I'm demanding) 3. a mobile app that is a little bit more intuitive. Just the apple standards. I'm used to my conventions. Otherwise you will not regret buying this subscription. PS: I'm so unhappy that they do not have this... it is costing me money... an AFFILIATE SYSTEM. PLEASE GUYS LET ME MAKE MONEY WITH WORKETC. Give me my affiliate link PLEASE!!! I can sell this to ALL MY CLIENTS. I won't do that if I don't have an affiliate. There you have it.. I want to get a piece of their business. Lucky you.

Being able to attach an email to a record in WORK[etc] directly from Gmail, or even to create a new Sales Lead or Support Ticket has been invaluable for those times when customers still send emails to me directly rather than to the support address. The app also allows me to see my most recent interactions with that person right inside my Gmail screen. Contact Sync means I no longer need to worry about making changes in multiple place, and Calendar Sync keep me on top of everything wherever I am, as my WORK[etc] Calendar essentially lands up on my mobile and watch screen in a flash. Lastly, the Drive integration means that not only are all my files instantly available in WORK[etc] to share with Projects and Clients as needed, but the Google permissions are also respected, ensuring that confidential files I've not shared with others remain visible only to me. An all-round awesome tool!
