After a long, painful and rather disappointing search for a cloud-based solution for my growing business, I came across Work etc. While many systems do some parts of what Work etc offers well - CRM, Invoicing, Planning, SAles Funnel, Email Integration, Knowledge Base, Sales Support, integration, etc - only Work etc appears to be able to do it all, and do it well. Great user guide, intuitive and clean screens and structure. Love it - 5 stars.

Just started using, as a new client and small business owner this is the great product for what I needed. Can't say enough, is not perfect, but really close. Great job! **update** customer service has been stellar, very prompt response to any issues. Would highly recommend this product. This has taken my business to the next level.

I checked out many, many CRM solutions. This one ties in so great with email that it made the decision pretty easy. With QB Online integration coming...it's going to be hard to beat.

Over the past 3 months I've tried 3 CRM applications and one invoicing application. I was looking for CRM, project management and invoicing applications that all worked together. May claim to, but few have true integration (several have one-way syncing). I've been using WORKetc for a week and so far I'm thrilled with what I'm seeing. I'm anxious to attend a 'getting started' training session (scheduled for next week) to see what additional features will benefit me.

I have a home grown system and have been trying to find a unified system. I have tried them all. ZOHO, Salesforce, NetSuite, SugarCRM, LongJump. Only Worketc seems to understand that there are other business out there besides Manufacturing companies. It was easy to get set up and started. It's a little bit harder to get training times and the Quickbooks connector kind of sucks but otherwise it's an awesome product that I hope helps me scale my business for the future.

We are heavy gmail users and had a google app solution but were not happy. Then we found WORK[etc] and we've been able to ditch our helpdesk app, our kludgy CRM app, our project management app and even our invoice app and just use WORK[etc]. The best part is the Gmail gadget that shows up conveniently under each email allowing us to create a support ticket or task on the fly - even assigning to another user all while automatcially linking to the contact and storing all history in WORK[etc]. You can even create an invoice right from the email and have it sent to the customer complete with a way for them to pay online. I wholeheartedly give WORK[etc] a 5 star rating and would reccomend it to any business that is looking for an all-in-one solution that plays very nice with Gmail and Google apps!

Being able to attach an email to a record in WORK[etc] directly from Gmail, or even to create a new Sales Lead or Support Ticket has been invaluable for those times when customers still send emails to me directly rather than to the support address. The app also allows me to see my most recent interactions with that person right inside my Gmail screen. Contact Sync means I no longer need to worry about making changes in multiple place, and Calendar Sync keep me on top of everything wherever I am, as my WORK[etc] Calendar essentially lands up on my mobile and watch screen in a flash. Lastly, the Drive integration means that not only are all my files instantly available in WORK[etc] to share with Projects and Clients as needed, but the Google permissions are also respected, ensuring that confidential files I've not shared with others remain visible only to me. An all-round awesome tool!

This was the 3rd or 4th CRM we tested for our newly formed company. Amazing how complex some of the products are on the market and how confusing even a simple task can be---not the case so much w WORKetc! Within minutes of being live, we had leads downloaded into our Contacts via an Excel spreadsheet, complete with Custom fields (it took maybe 3 minutes to learn how, and then implement Customized fields into WORKetc). The more we use and "play" with Worketc, the better it becomes. The ability to link with our Google Apps, specifically Gmail, has made capturing ongoing communications with leads and customers effortless. Book an appointment, right from Gmail, and have it automatically show up in Worketc, and then all of our calendars --tied the entire group together so nicely. I have been with WETC for at least a year. The gmail gadget is one of the many reasons I stay with WETC. I can link emails and documents to client projects within seconds. I can use the gadget to create To-Do's and calendar events from my email. I can use WETC from within my gmail and I don't have to navigate to another window. It is very convenient and integrates well with my work flow; it's so convenient that I don't even think work flow. I just focus on growing my business and my client's needs. My days of dealing with a clumsy project and data management program are over. Gone are the days of trying to make one program work with another program; I no longer spend time trying to modify my workflow to fit into a project management program. My advice to all business owners: stop fighting with your programs. Switch to WETC and eliminate one headache from your business.

I have sought an ideal CRM for nearly 20 years. In my experience, most CRM systems, whether server based and/or cloud based are focused on a retail tech world. I call it, "tech myopia." Their systems stop working when the client calls back and needs something like a letter, a fax or your time to review a concern he has with one of his vendors. Work, cracks that mold. The system facilitates you and your employees as being busy individuals who need a reminder, tracking, planning, communication, follow up and documentation system for your exiting business to run better...what small business doesn't need that? Marketing is fun, but my reality is I agonize over missing the opportunity to be on time & prepared to handle an existing client's concern. Happy customers are future work. If you work away from your office and you're using Google Apps, Work[etc.] is unmatched. Most current client documentation is now performed at the source...the inbound email. We review the request, delegate it, categorize it, schedule response time, set appointments & assign follow up milestones from the inbound email. Email documentation can be attached within the CRM. We can also create a portal link to share the work flow with the client. Really, its amazing! At the end of week, review the scraps of time recorded and voila!; send the invoice. It's the best I've found for running my business, give it a whole hearted try and you will feel the same for your business.
