It seems to only work for 1 project or 1 workspace. If I only had 1 project to work on I wouldn't need Wrike.

This would be amazing, except for the past few months I get an error message every time I try to use it despite updating everything, rebooting my computer etc. etc. This has happened a lot in the past too until one day it magically works again. It's also on the slower side when converting an email to a task. If Wrike could make this tool work more consistently and quickly, it would be a total game changer to my workflow.

The G-drive function works great but I would actually use Gmail and Calendar functions if rather then the Inbox and Dashboard features (which both just open your Wrike inbox in a new tab) and the Calendar which I'm not sure the purpose of, they opened a your Wrike inbox within the actual functions on the Gmail or calendar tab. Also would love rather My dashboard and Calendar sections have a My to-do one which same as the inbox opens within the functions rather then taking me to Wrike. Thanks

A User of Wrike for Gmail™

Wrike needs to implement a 2 way Sync based on folder or project tags. Furthermore, any list should be able to be viewed in a calendar view like Gantt, List or Table view. Not only is the current implementation broken when it comes to syncing with Google, but it doesn’t even work properly on its own. Everything from recurring tasks to email reminders needs to step up if Wrike is going to stay competitive when people can just use AirTable’s calendar and customize the functionality. Please fix.

A User of Wrike for Gmail™

I've been waiting to get access to this plug in for a while, I wanted to try it out myself before pushing it to my team but it wasn't possible to do that if you had a Gmail for Work account. Although it might be possible now. I'm a big fan of Wrike and would like to rely on it more for work and communication. I even used the previous Wrike plug in even though it was clunky and greatly slowed down loading emails. So I was excited to see a new version that I hoped would optimize better than the old one. As other reviews have pointed out, there are some strange limitations to this plug in. You can't change the title of the task to something else or edit the description (in the old plug in you could edit the title). Also the UX is a little slow and you have to search for things before you add them to tasks, like a folder or assignee, etc. I'm almost convinced it would be faster in some cases to use the forwarding feature to get the email into Wrike and then make the changes you need in Wrike if you already have it open. If you are proficient with the subject line [operators] Wrike has it probably WILL be faster to forward it. I think some of these limitations are from Gmail's plug in API and are not just Wrike. I took a quick peek at the Asana plug in and it looked identical and I'd imagine it works similarly, so these may not just be Wrike issues. Overall I will keep the plug in and probably use it, but I was hoping for more. I guess I would have liked to basically see the functionality and ease of use of the old plug in just optimized so that it's doesn't slow down your inbox so much. Maybe Wrike can try that as an alternative.
