Good app for free, and the interface is easier than the stock canned responses from Gmail. Unfortunately, there are no text format features available, so bullets, bold, underline, hyperlinks, etc., do not work properly. Not good for customer service use.

Just installed. Set up 4 templates. Used 1 and was very happy. Opened a new email and all of a sudden the templates I created were gone. I refreshed the page and still nothing. All it's showing is a red envelope with text underneath "Get started by opening an email or conversation." ..... Well I suppose it doesn't work now after 1 use? Not happy.

Such a great idea, but the execution needs work. It's buggy. For instance, some of the canned responses don't open. Also, there's no way (I could find) to delete a canned response. Also, if you want to insert a link, you have to hand code it. This is close, but not ready for the market. A nice feature would be to import the existing canned responses into the add-on, saving tons of time. Oh, and one last thing, it would be nice to include the subjects in the canned response templates.

Used to be great, now not even visible in Gmail, whats up with that? This just disappeared from gmail. Can't find any of my canned responses, no way to activate it, yet it says its installed for my gmail account. It used to work now it's not even visible in gmail anywhere. If there's a customer support person reading this, please reach out.
