XpertAdmin is a Google Sheets™ add-on for Google Workspace™ administrators. List users, aliases or groups in a sheet, click Run, and XpertAdmin makes the change and writes the result back to every row.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Users: export all users, bulk create, bulk update (only filled cells change), suspend, unsuspend, delete, export deleted users and restore them within Google's 20-day window.
Aliases: export all aliases, bulk add, bulk remove.
Groups: export groups, bulk create and delete, export members of one group or every group, add members, change roles (Owner, Manager, Member), remove members.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open any Google Sheets™ spreadsheet and choose Extensions > XpertAdmin > Open XpertAdmin.
2. Pick a task. XpertAdmin creates a sheet with the right columns, with help on every header.
3. Fill in or paste your rows, or export first and edit the cells you need.
4. Tick Dry run to check every row without changing anything, then click Run.

BUILT FOR LARGE BATCHES
- Every row gets a Status: OK or ERROR with the exact reason and a timestamp. Rows already OK are skipped when you run again.
- Large jobs run in short chunks, so tens of thousands of rows finish without hitting Google Apps Script™ time limits.
- Directory API quota and temporary errors are retried automatically.
- Delete and remove jobs only start after you type DELETE.
- Passwords are replaced with ******** in the sheet after a successful run.
- Column names match common admin tooling (primaryEmail, givenName, familyName, orgUnitPath, groupEmail, memberEmail, role, alias), so an export can be edited and run as an update.

WHO CAN USE IT
Google Workspace™ super admins, or delegated admins with rights to manage users and groups. Other users see a message that admin access is required.

PRIVACY
XpertAdmin runs on Google Apps Script™ in your own Google Account and calls the Google Workspace™ Admin SDK Directory API as you. Your users, groups and aliases are written only to your spreadsheet; we never copy or store them. Our license server receives only the email address of the admin using XpertAdmin, to check their plan.
