This add-on allows you to import tickets, with custom queries or metrics, from ZendeskĀ® into Google Sheetsįµ€į“¹, convert ZendeskĀ® URLs to smart chips in Google Docsįµ€į“¹.

Five operations with your ZendeskĀ® data are supported:
    * Search ZendeskĀ® resources (Tickets), selecting fields and filter conditions, to import data to Google Sheetsįµ€į“¹.
    * Load previously saved searches (query configurations).
    * List tickets from ZendeskĀ®.
    * List metrics data from ZendeskĀ®.
    * Refresh queries backing data already in your spreadsheet.
    * (New!) Create a smart chip from ZendeskĀ® URLs in Google Docsįµ€į“¹

Don't really get it. When I add a link to a Zendesk article from my Google Doc and click Tab it replaces the link with text that says Zendesk Connector. I'm guessing it's not working correctly. Otherwise I don't understand the purpose of this.

It would be great if the Workspace shows what accounts are being displayed. For instances I thought I was logged into my other account but it seems it is logged into an account that was in the cloud and attached to zendesk that is displaying my ex profile which is incorrect and it explains why my apple products have been forwarded along with phone calls, and credit card information.

This tool helps me pull raw data into Google Sheets from Zendesk. I like that the data builder is within the app itself, as opposed to pulling in pre-built reports from Zendesk. It only supports ticket data, so couldn't give it a perfect score as I do need more. Pleased.
