This add-on allows you to import tickets, with custom queries or metrics, from Zendesk® into Google Sheetsᵀᴹ, convert Zendesk® URLs to smart chips in Google Docsᵀᴹ.

Five operations with your Zendesk® data are supported:
    * Search Zendesk® resources (Tickets), selecting fields and filter conditions, to import data to Google Sheetsᵀᴹ.
    * Load previously saved searches (query configurations).
    * List tickets from Zendesk®.
    * List metrics data from Zendesk®.
    * Refresh queries backing data already in your spreadsheet.
    * (New!) Create a smart chip from Zendesk® URLs in Google Docsᵀᴹ

Don't really get it. When I add a link to a Zendesk article from my Google Doc and click Tab it replaces the link with text that says Zendesk Connector. I'm guessing it's not working correctly. Otherwise I don't understand the purpose of this.

It would be great if the Workspace shows what accounts are being displayed. For instances I thought I was logged into my other account but it seems it is logged into an account that was in the cloud and attached to zendesk that is displaying my ex profile which is incorrect and it explains why my apple products have been forwarded along with phone calls, and credit card information.
