• Schedule automatic refreshes: manual, hourly, daily, or weekly. Each tab is stamped with its last-refreshed time.
• Assignee and requester IDs are resolved to real names automatically.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect with your Zendesk subdomain, agent email, and an API token. Your credentials are stored privately in your Google™ account's add-on storage — never written into the spreadsheet, never visible to people you share the sheet with. Ticket data flows directly from your Zendesk to your Google Sheet. We run no servers and never receive your data.
