The connection between Gmail and Zoho CRM is just too slow to be useful. Collectively it's taking me a couple of, minutes to search for a lead and then search for an email template. My internet speed is well over 250Mbps so it's not an internet connection issue. It would be much more helpful if you could just skip and pull in an email template. I'll just be cutting and pasting our Zoho CRM email templates directly into new templates in Gmail as a workaround.

It doesn't have the same functionality as other add ons for CRMS. It is limited to only adding information to contacts and excludes other items such as deals.

WOW! Wow! I Am been Propelled to a Digital Dream-Land. Its this Real? I have just Downloaded, and Installed -Google Business Performance Simulator (BP Simulator). Just a cursory view through the Diagrams, Designs, and Functionality, I could discern that Google has done a fantastic job. This is an Excellent App for Business Owners, who want to bring their Business to the higher next level. Yes! I can tell you this is Real. You are not Dreaming. Fabulous App. I would recommend it to Friends, Business Associates, Business Clients.

What happened to this plug-in? I used to be able to associate emails directly with Deals, but now only have the Contact info to edit. And even then, when it claimed to have associated the email with the existing record in CRM, it didn't actually copy the email address across. It has lost all its functionality and is now completely useless.

Off course it is a good feature to manage lead . But use of it effectivly to be updated by zpho and google Even a webinar or video to show the features and advantatges of using it how it can be used to be supported
