Zoho Desk for Google Chat helps you manage support tickets efficiently and collaborate with your team from one location. It provides you with instant ticket notifications and lets you create, update, and resolve Zoho Desk tickets without leaving the Google Chat window. 

By installing the app and connecting your Zoho Desk account, you can:
- Get real-time notifications about ticket creation and updates.
- Create, assign owners to, and add comments to tickets in Zoho Desk from within the Google Chat window.
- Use "/" commands in chats to pull information from Zoho Desk and perform a variety of ticket-related actions.
- Configure the Zoho Desk bot in your team spaces to keep teams up to speed on key events that happen in your hep desk.
