I've been trying for years to find an auto-reply tool that works this well and this reliably — but the exceptional customer service was an unexpected bonus. I was having trouble adding a newsletter to my auto-response using HTML, but Stephen from support hopped on a Google Meet call to help me troubleshoot (before my free trial had even ended). It's now working flawlessly, and I happily upgraded to a paid plan for ongoing use.

This is a 2025 update to my previous positive to caution people that 1.) I have had to add and re-add and add again certain emails to be omitted from my auto-reply, the primary reason I purchased this app which makes it considerably less useful; and 2.) the user interface is simply dreadful - adding an email to this list takes about five or six time-consuming different step and finally; 3.) it's very glitchy running on my macbook pro with spectrum 5k internet, frequently (almost always) freezing up and needing to be refreshed. So, Yes, It works, but only when it feels like working, and maintenance is a time killer.

I was looking for an auto-reply tool that would help with requests I was getting and having to send the same response. This one fit the bill. It was easy to set up and was working flawlessly. I must have changed something inadvertently and it stopped working. So I sent a message and received a response the next morning. Even though I was using the lite (free) version, Stephen sent me a Google Meet link and walked through fixing the issue. Rare to find such exceptional customer support these days. Highly recommend!

Auto Reply Pro is user-friendly, and it's definitely a lifesaver! Also, their support is very helpful when you have questions or need help with setting up their app. It has a lot of options to choose from in order for you to achieve the goal you want when it comes to auto responses. Highly recommended!

This is a great App! It lets me send a variety of away from the office auto replies. On two occasions, I had some trouble figuring out some of the settings. I reached out to their support team and both times, Stephen from Bit Queues technical support responded almost instantly to walk me through the process of setting things up. I am very pleased with both the App and the customer support that the developer provides.

I can't believe how quick and efficient the customer service is. I couldn't figure something out on my own and within an hour I had a response from a customer service representative who was willing to walk me through the tool and teach me how to fix not only the issue in question but any upcoming issues that may arise. The customer service agent was kind, patient, and thorough. In a time where so much customer support is outsourced to companies who don't really know the product or is moved to AI, the human-to-human support was so welcomed and far exceeded my expectations. Also, the tool is GREAT! It serves my use case is an easy and clear-cut way, saving me lots of time and mental space throughout the week.

We're a small company with sales reps with varying tech expertise. Most sales visits are with busy small business owners. With this app, reps can text the customer's email to AutoReplyPro, and use it to immediately email or follow up with sales materials to the customer. It reduces our copying expenses and doesn't require reps them to sit down and open a laptop or tablet during the pitch. This allows them to maximize their time with the business customer. Also, customer support for this app is great!

Had some trouble finding the instructions on how to get it functioning. Found them on a forum. Followed these. Still wasn't working so I contacted the help desk. They kindly helped me until everything was working properly. Stephen, you're the best! Works fine now!
