BC continuously synchronizes events from Google Calendar into the Dropdown field on Google Forms. Thanks to that, Form's respondents can book appropriate events on the calendar.

With the customization and convenience of events as well as time and attendance settings, BC can be used by companies to arrange meetings, events for employees or meetings with their clients.

Great add-on for Google calendar. With google forms. My only issue is only 10 events show on my google form. I need all events to show.

The admins need the ability to approve a booking request instead of having anyone simply submit their desired booking date and time to Google Calendar. This will allow admins to "approve" who "should" be on schedule for the given dates and times. This will allow multiple people to select the same date / time, and only one of them will be able to be "approved" to be booked on the Google Calendar for that given time.

This app worked pretty good until last week. Now it leaves the slots open even when they've been filled. I've had to contact several people to move them to other slots. I'm going to have to find a different booking calendar unless they fix this fast! They no longer have a contact page or any email to contact them for help. Looks like they've abandoned this app.

I'm really excited about this ad-on, but I can't get it to work. It says Available with the form's owner only. I am the form's owner. I even created a simple new one just to test it out, but I still get the same error message. I've refreshed several times and it still won't work. Any suggestions?

Booking Calendar is very bug ridden. - will continue to book more people into last slot only one remaining - will not always remove a booked slot from its list, even if '1 guest only', meaning many can keep booking - will regularly fail to save settings - cannot manually remove all bookings to trigger a reload to get things right. Use at your own risk.

I am pleased how easy this add-on was to use. Yes, it doesn't have a ton of customization, but its was a simple and free way to get my calendar information directly into a Google Form. The only real drawback that I am seeing is that the dates didn't auto-update for me. I have to keep returning to my form to refresh the dates which defeats the purpose of this for me. Am I just missing a setting to keep my calendar synced with the Google Form question?

Great app, works very intuitively. However: they don't tell you about the costs or limitations on the store-page. If you are looking for a free solution without limitations, and you first have to go through the trouble of installing en creating a form before you discover that you have to pay for the apps services, this is very inconvenient. It would be much more customer-friendly to be honest and up-front about it. For more information about price and limitations, I quote from their own website: "Free edition has the daily quota of 10 bookings and $1 reserve fund. If your form has less than 10 booking per day, just use the add-on free forever. If need more, add a credit amount would increase the daily quota (permanent) and reserve funds for the whole account. If spending all of the daily quotas, it will spend the reserve funds (cost 0.1 per booking) that help maintain the continuity of your business booking. For example, if you activate $5 license key, it will increase your daily booking quota by 5 and add $5 to your reserve fund."

I actually thought this was an excellent add on. Simple, quite intuitive. However, at the moment I have a big disappointment: DOUBLE BOOKING all over the place. Big headache. I specified no more than 1 person per evert, but the slots just stay available and people keep on piling on to the same slots... Any suggestions? Thanks.
