We've been using this for over a year and a half and it has been so helpful in making processes much more timely and efficient! We've only experienced a few technical issues and the support time has been extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend Form Approvals for any organization looking to take multi-step approval processes that have been done on paper for many years and make them digital!

We use this for time off requests in our organization. It has been a huge help in streamlining and tracking the process of staff and project scheduling. We have not yet implemented it in other applications yet, but it would be greatly helpful for any workflow that requires approvals. It just works and it is simple and easy to configure. Big fan!

Forms Approval is the exact app I needed for our staff time-off requests workflow. It's not fancy but still has all the features we need. I have had a few configuration issues over the past year and the customer support team has been responsive, which is impressive considering we are using the free version (for now). I highly recommend this app.

I've been using Google Form Approvals in my workplace at a community college for three years now. It works great! We have multiple forms that route seemlessly from one approver to the next until they end up with me, having received all approvals. It has saved so much time, effort, and confusion since we implemented this process. We are no longer trying to track down who has a certain form or where it may have been lost along the approval process. I would highly recommend any institution/facility that uses Google to get this add-on. It doesn't cost much, but it will save you a great deal. You may need to print out the step-by-step instructions to learn how to add approvers at first, but once you learn the process, it is pretty easy to manage them. If I could only have one Google add-on, this would be my one.
