I installed this hoping I could send new form submission notifications to multiple email addresses every time a new form submission is made. I set it up and it worked the first 2-3 times but it has since stopped working. The last three form submissions have not fired off the notification as expected. There isn't much I can configure on my side, is the service down?

Been having issues with this add-on the last several months. Form notifications are not being received. Our service provider is insisting it's a Gmail issue because when they run a Microsoft trace on them, they don't show up. Was working great up until that, so I'm not sure if this needs updating or what, but it's been super frustrating not getting critical notifications from our google forms.

I've used this for years, now it no longer works - stopped earlier this month. When you view the app in the Google Workspace Marketplace, even the demo screens show broken links. I guess they killed it off :(

Worked smoothly for years, five stars up until now, when it's suddenly broken -- very disappointed. 41 million people may not know that they're not receiving notifications for old forms, since we got no sort of proactive contact letting us know this extension no longer functions. There also doesn't seem to be any way to report its malfunction to Google, since it's Google-created. Searching for a replacement.

Was working up until recently. I went to try to add some new people who need to be notified and when you open the add on the box is completely empty. Even all the overview images are warning and error messages here in the marketplace. Something is not right with this add on. If it gets fixed I will come back and change my rating.

I have used this form for orders to my small business, i have tried to update it to change my reply and it shows that its changed but responders are still getting the old reply and not the updated one. not sure what i need to do to get it to work and not finding anything that helps when looking at FAQ.

Our team has used Form Notifications for at least 7 years and it worked perfectly up until this month. Only submitting low stars as it does not work, will correct if issue is addressed.

I can't even use the app to set up a new form with notifications anymore. I know a form can notify the person who created it, but I need to form to notify multiple people and using an app is the only way. Now when I go to the add-on it won't open.

It was basically useless because I figured out that you can just go on the three dots and tap "Get email notifications for new responses". It didn't even work when I used it too. :(

Subject line always the same for a given form, no ability to specify "from" field (always the account who configured it), no templating to pick up form fields in the email reply. But it works in our org, is free, and with a little gmail filtering can be sufficient for now.
