Consistent errors when trying to deploy.

Could we customize the email text please. It only allows "Your form, [form link] has a new response." Please, I dont want to make my own script, thank you

I've used this extension for many years and it stopped working sometime in September 2025. I think it is fixed, and I've tested it a couple of times. Thank you for addressing the issue. Notifications to multiple email addresses are a super important feature. I'm not sure why it is not just a main feature of the form. Really appreciate the developers addressing the feedback.

I could not get the app to work. The notifications go only to the form owner. Could be user error. But I'm fairly savvy so it shouldn't be so hard

I installed this hoping I could send new form submission notifications to multiple email addresses every time a new form submission is made. I set it up and it worked the first 2-3 times but it has since stopped working. The last three form submissions have not fired off the notification as expected. There isn't much I can configure on my side, is the service down?

great
