Most likely because you have multiple Google accounts logged into your browser. You need to Log out from all the accounts in your browser and only log in to the one you want to use with our add-on.

First, it is not free. You have 3 free tests. My big problem is selecting the language I want to translate to. The languages are listed in the language and text of the target language. i.e. I cannot find if Mongolian is even in the list. I had to guess Korean and back translate in Google Translate with "detect language" to ensure I had guessed right.

Very hard to cancel subscription. They send you to a chatbot, the chatbot send you back to them by email.
