How to create an appointment schedule and booking page

Step 1: Create an appointment schedule

Create a new appointment schedule

On a computer, open Google Calendar. At the top left, click create. Click appointment schedule.

Enter appointment details

Enter a title. Set your appointment duration. Set the date and time of your appointments. Click Next. 

Optionally, you can change your photo, set where the meeting takes place, and more. 

After you edit your appointment schedule, click Save.

Share your booking page

Once created, click the appointment schedule on the calendar grid to get a link to the booking page to share with others.

All booked appointments will appear on your calendar & you’ll receive a calendar invite per email.
