A recent study from Deloitte found that 68% of executives report a moderate-to-extreme gap within their organizations when it comes to AI, with over a quarter (27%) classifying their gap as “major” or “extreme.” Training, development, and encouragement are needed, but how do you build a curriculum when the technology is constantly changing?

That’s the challenge Sarah Kennedy, VP of global growth and demand generation marketing at Google Cloud, posed to her team. In response, a few AI enthusiasts started a passion project and filmed a series of short AI training videos with fun challenges to test their learning called “AI Boost Bites.”

The internal project was an instant hit, with “Bites” being viewed more than 20,000 times by Googlers in the first few months. And now the series is available to all, focusing on practical uses of AI — how to write better prompts, how to use AI to search for insights, how to get started with generative tools.
