Documents and sensitive information are stored centrally in Google Drive to enable role-based access and enforcement of file-sharing policies with group companies. Meanwhile, Gmail, Calendar and Meet enable secure, scheduled collaboration over email, video, and chat across all locations and domains. Scheduling team meetings is straightforward, as organizers can check availability on Calendar and immediately schedule a meeting at a convenient time for all. Accessing productivity applications through a single login has made collaboration a far more seamless and integrated experience.

The organization is turning to Google Sites to build microsites across different companies within the group.
