Working with Google Cloud Premier Partner Sonata Software, Johnson Lifts has deployed the Google Workspace endpoint management–MDM solution to company-issued tablets or mobile phones used by team members who maintain lifts and escalators. This prevents data leakage if any of these devices are lost or stolen, and ensures that only approved apps and software run on them, minimizing potential security threats.
With Google Workspace apps and Google Workspace endpoint management, maintenance team members can securely use a company-developed app to record problems and track resolution, chat online with colleagues, or organize Google Meet calls with subject matter experts to address more complex issues.
