Google App Engine Terms and Conditions
-
Use of the Google App Engine is governed by the terms of service available at https://cloud.google.com/terms/. By adding an application developed using the Google App Engine service (the "Service") to your Google Workspace domain, you understand and agree to the following:
-
a. Service is developed by a third party, not by Google. The Service provides you the ability to incorporate third-party applications into your use of Google Workspace. These applications may not be developed by Google. You must independently evaluate whether or not the third party is someone from whom you would like to receive services; this decision is yours alone.
-
b. Service developer may have access to end-user data. Third parties who developed the applications available through the Google App Engine may have access to user data provided to the application, including email addresses. Third parties may also be able to access user cookies from applications served from any parent domains of the third party application.
-
c. Service is "AS IS." THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, OF ANY KIND, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THESE DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID. GOOGLE MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
-
d. Google accepts no liability for your use of the Service. GOOGLE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE. GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY THAT ARISES OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF YOUR USE. GOOGLE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THIRD PARTIES WILL ISSUE UPDATES OR ENHANCEMENTS TO THE APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
