With centralized cloud storage in Drive, the company eliminated data losses once common with local device storage. Security features such as two-factor authentication, phishing protection, audit logs, and a central admin console now minimize spam and block unauthorized account access. 

The business has recorded near-100% uptime since moving to Google Workspace, and increased email delivery rates by 95%.
