Set up multiple booking pages
Create and publish multiple booking pages for different services or appointment types. Share individual booking pages or a consolidated page that lists all your appointments.

Conflict detect across all calendars
Your booking page reflects your real-time availability and syncs with all your calendars. If you add an event to any of your calendars, your booking page will automatically update to prevent double-bookings.
How to create a booking page
Create a booking page in Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar on desktop. At the top left, click Create > Appointment schedule.
Customize appointment details
Enter a title, set your appointment duration, and set the date and time of your appointments. Optionally, you can add custom questions to your booking form, set a meeting location, and more. After you edit your appointment schedule, click Save.
Share your booking page
Once created, click the appointment schedule on the calendar grid and tap Copy link to share the booking page with others. You can also click the three dots to get a link to all your booking pages.

When you create a booking page, you can embed a link on your website or share the link directly with others.
You get booking confirmation and update emails. Customers or clients who book an appointment with you can also receive an automatic reminder email before the appointment.
To simplify payments and prevent last minute cancellations, you can ask customers to pay in advance on your booking page in Google Calendar.
To hide appointment schedules on your calendar, find the Booking pages section on the left side of your calendar. Hover over the booking page you would like to hide, tap the three dots icon, and select Hide from calendar.
